Shipping and Delivery
We currently ship to addresses within the United States only. At this time, we do not ship internationally.
We offer Free Standard Shipping on orders shipped within the United States.
Orders are typically processed within 1 to 2 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays.
Estimated transit time is typically 3 to 5 business days after the order has shipped.
Total estimated delivery time is typically 4 to 7 business days after the order is placed.
Delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, holidays, address issues, high order volume, or other circumstances beyond our control.
We use reliable shipping carriers such as USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL. The carrier used for your order may depend on product size, weight, delivery address, and carrier availability.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Returns and Refunds
We accept returns under the following conditions:
Return Window: You may request a return within 30 days from the date your item was delivered.
Condition Requirements: To be eligible for return, the item must be new, unused, uninstalled, undamaged, and in its original packaging with all original tags, manuals, accessories, hardware, remote controls, bulbs, glass shades, fan blades, mounting parts, screws, and included components.
Items that have been installed, mounted, used, altered, damaged after delivery, or returned with missing parts or missing packaging may not be eligible for return or refund.
Return Process: Please contact support@lightingnyccorp.com with your order number and reason for return before sending any item back. Returns must be authorized before they are shipped back to us.
Return Method: Returns are accepted by mail.
Return Shipping: If the item is defective, damaged during transit, or incorrect, Lighting NYC Corp will cover the return shipping cost. If the return is due to customer remorse, such as ordering the wrong item, the item not fitting your needs, or changing your mind, the customer is responsible for the actual return shipping cost.
Restocking Fee: We do not charge any restocking fee. Restocking Fee: $0.00.
Refund Processing: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days.
Your bank, credit card company, or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund to your account.
Installation and Safety
Due to the electrical nature of some of our products, proper installation is important.
Hardwired lighting fixtures, ceiling fans, chandeliers, and other electrical products should be installed by a licensed and qualified electrician where required.

Lighting NYC Corp is not responsible for injuries, damages, code violations, product failure, or property damage caused by improper installation, misuse, incorrect wiring, unauthorized modification, or failure to follow manufacturer instructions.
You are responsible for making sure that installation complies with local electrical codes, building codes, and safety standards.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at support@lightingnyccorp.com as soon as possible.
Please include your order number and clear photos of the product, packaging, shipping label, and the issue.
After reviewing the issue, we may arrange a replacement, return, or refund according to our Return and Refund Policy.
Please keep the original packaging until the issue is resolved.
